911 issues are those that require immediate and urgent attention. There is a $50 minimum charge for all 911 tickets submitted (excluding system problems). All work related to 911 tickets is billed hourly. Additional charges for after-hours work may apply. By submitting a 911 ticket, you are agreeing to the charges that will be added to your next monthly SiteWrench invoice.
If you are unable to submit a ticket, you can also email [email protected]. This will autogenerate a 911 ticket on your behalf.
When a 911 issue is submitted our support and leadership teams are notified via text messages to their personal devices as well as via Slack and email. While we do not offer around-the-clock support, we actively monitor system status 24/7 and watch for emergency requests outside of business hours.
